SIP II: A Planful Approach

December 11, 2001

Contributed by CEO Message

As this plan is being shared with one and all, I want to apologize to the Kamehameha 'Ohana for not getting the message and the plan out sooner, and for not working with our Education Leaders to implement our new budget exercise. I take responsibility for the limited communication. We need to work together to reach more Hawaiians, and I want to share my commitment to our Education Leaders to assist with this challenging process. We have heard the message from you all. We will work with the Trustees to find a suitable timetable and strategy to identify funds to support SIP II. I applaud our faculty and staff for sharing their views. Hamilton I. McCubbin Chief Executive Officer
