Here are some basic facts about KS tuition: 2001-02 Annual Tuition by Program --------Actual Per Student Cost Preschool -----------$612 - $890 ------------$ 14,700 K - 6 ----------------$1,036-----------------$ 20,200 7-12 Day ------------$1,441-----------------$ 19,900 7-12 Boarder---------$2,824-----------------$ 38,600 In addition, more than 60% of KS families receive financial aid, ranging from several hundred dollars to full subsidies. I expect recommendations from the Work Group to be forthcoming, and at that time a meaningful discussion will take place. I am committed to keeping you informed as this matter progresses.
