Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Hawaii, and is knowledgeable with a number of operating systems and software applications. In a meeting with Chief Executives, Joseph emphasized credibility, reputation and communication as cornerstones of an effective IT operation, and committed to supporting customer responsiveness, on-time and on-budget implementation and evaluation of operational effectiveness through the use of metrics.
