With Judge Ezra's approval, we can now focus our resources on successfully defending our admissions policy in the Doe case through the appeals process. We have a long and difficult road ahead, but we can all be confident that Kamehameha is taking its strongest case before the higher courts. Judge Alan Kay's ruling in our favor will be a great help in this effort. We have heard much on this matter from many of you. A great depth of emotion and mana'o has been shared -- some supportive, some not - but all important to us. We need your continued prayers and support as we now move to defend our admissions policy in a new court and before new judges. These past months have been challenging for all of us, and on behalf of our Trustees and executives, I want to thank you all for your continued support for Kamehameha Schools and for your dedication to our children.
