Court Approves KS Petitions

April 22, 2004

Contributed by CEO Message

This is excellent news! Successful implementation of a significant part of our Strategic Plan hinged on our ability (legally) to expand our early childhood education programs in this way. With the Court's OK, we will continue to move forward in our planning with even greater certainty. Congratulations and mahalo to all who contributed to bringing this question to a positive response. I would also like to extend a note of appreciation to all who assisted in preparing and submitting our Petition to Approve Kamehameha Schools' 115th Annual Accounts. Probate Court also approved this petition Friday, which essentially "closes the books" on the fiscal year ending June 30, 2000. Job well done, everybody. Hamilton I. McCubbin, Ph.D. Chief Executive Officer
