We have officially finished 2005 without a response to our Petition for En Banc Review in the Doe v. Kamehameha Schools lawsuit. As you know, our Petition was filed in September, so we expect a decision fairly soon. We remain hopeful that the 9th Circuit Judges will agree that this decision raises serious issues of exceptional importance and deserves their combined consideration en banc. We will let you know as soon as we hear from the court.
As you all enjoy our last days of 2005, be safe, be happy and be proud of all that has been accomplished. Imua Kamehameha!
