With 30 preschools across the pae ‘āina, haumāna experience Hawaiian culture-based education in a learning environment that is safe, enriching, and enjoyable. Our Nānākuli preschoolers rolled up their sleeves and joined the effort to clean up the muliwai (formerly known as Stink Pond) at Nānākuli Beach! As a part of a year long project, the keiki have been making and throwing genki balls in the muliwai to improve the water quality.
