Tsunami Advisory – Update #2 from Kamehameha Schools

July 29, 2025

Mahalo for your continued care and attention during the tsunami warning. The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center has downgraded the warning to an advisory.

Kamehameha Schools will resume normal operations Wednesday, July 30, at all campuses, preschools, offices, and non-education sites unless otherwise notified. If certain areas were impacted by the tsunami or continue to face hazardous conditions, families and staff should follow all guidance from their campus, office, or learning site, as well as directives from county authorities.

As always, the safety of our haumāna, ʻohana, and employees remains our highest priority. We mahalo you for your cooperation and preparedness throughout this event.
