Based on the current track of Tropical Storm Olivia as it exits south of our islands, we will reopen ALL campuses, preschools, community program sites and offices on Thursday, September 13. Out of an abundance of caution and concern for our keiki and ohana, we will continue to monitor Tropical Storm Olivia and let you know immediately if anything changes.

KS preschools statewide Open
KS Hawai'i Open
KS Maui (except athletic events pending decision by Maui Interscholastic League) Open

We understand that parts of our pae ‘āina, particularly in Maui County, experienced varying degrees of damage from Tropical Storm Olivia. For staff members unable to report into your work site due to storm-related circumstances, please contact your immediate manager to arrange alternative work schedules or time off.

Mahalo nui loa to everyone for caring for our keiki, ‘āina and facilities throughout this event, and as we continue our recovery efforts in the days ahead.
