I Mua 2026 issue 2 has just been posted online. This edition has all the alumni news and happenings you’ve come to expect. The pages are also full of fascinating moʻolelo.  

The cover story celebrates Princess Ruth Keʻelikōlani whose legacy is foundational to what Ke Kula ʻo Kamehameha is today and whose inoa is being uplifted by several alumni in unique ways.  

Another feature story spotlights a first for Song Contest: mele ma ka ʻōlelo Hawaiʻi honoring Ke Aliʻi Pauahi, composed by haumāna.  

I Mua also explores the origins of Ke Kula ʻo Kamehameha’s Deputation Teams who embody our Christian commitment in service to Ke Akua at hale pule across Hawaiʻi.
