Ho‘oulu Verification Services receives notification of all Preschool and Kindergarten applicants as they apply for Admissions with Kamehameha Schools.
Age verification
To complete the Preschool or Kindergarten application, your child’s birth certificate must be on file with the Kamehameha Schools Ho‘oulu Verification Services (HVS) to show your child meets the age eligibility
To verify your child meets the age requirements to apply for Preschool or Kindergarten, the following will be required, if not already on file with Ho‘oulu Verification Services.
- Ceritifed original Birth Certificate for the student
Ho‘oulu Verification Services will validate if Birth Certificate is already on file. If this document is needed, Ho‘oulu Verification Services will work with you to have them submitted.
If requested or you already know that your childʻs birth certificate needs to be submitted, do one of the following:
