Wong to share mana'o with next-gen leaders at HI Business Leadership Conference

Are you ready to be a leader? Kamehameha School Chief Executive Officer Jack Wong will be among a panel of prominent executives discussing the skills and traits needed to become an effective leader, at the July 27 “Hawaii Business” magazine Leadership Conference.

The state’s largest professional development conference is dedicated to building smart, confident and authentic next-generation leaders. Attendees will have the opportunity to gain insight from top leaders in industries from education and advancement to publishing and Polynesian wayfinding.

Thursday’s all-day conference is slated for 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Coral Ballrooms. In addition to leadership panel discussions, the event will feature skill-building workshops and networking opportunities.

Keynote speakers will include renown designer and Hawaiian cultural practitioner Sig Zane and surfboard shaper and visionary Bob Hurley, who will speak on how leaders can help cultivate worplace culture.
