Kamehameha Schools Hawaiʻi Class of 2031 held their Hoʻoulu Transition Ceremony on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. Papa Alakaʻi now prepares to matriculate to Kula Waena, where they’ll be joined by 68 new classmates.
This special tradition held before our entire elementary and the ʻohana of these fifth graders celebrated through mele, hula, and even poetry, the reaching of this special milestone in transitioning from elementary to middle school.
