Planting a fruitful future

Feb. 22, 2019

In continued support of sustainability efforts on campus, our grounds crew has started to plant fruit trees in a recently cleared area.

Once these trees have matured, it is our hope to utilize the fruits in our dining hall for our students.

"Our goal is also to use this area as an educational area in conjunction with our ʻĀina University Program that our Grounds Lead, Kawika Lewis, conducts at his farm," shared KSH Custodial-Grounds Manager Greg Ho.
