About me

My name is Mrs. Waynette Apolo, and this is my twentieth year as a full time teacher. In 1997, I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Social Studies from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). In 2002, I received my Master of Arts degree in Educational Counseling from the University of Phoenix (UOP), Maui Campus. In 2008, I also graduated from the online instructor's training institute. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, shopping, traveling, zumba, and doing arts & crafts. I strongly believe in being a life long learner and I am very excited to be teaching at Kamehameha Schools Maui.
