Born in Tutuila, American Samoa. Primary education in various states due to Fathers active duty in the US military. High School education at Saint Louis High School, Honolulu. Attended Santa Rosa Junior College then transferred to San Diego State University on a football scholarship. Graduated with a BA in Political Science. Coached division ! football 20 plus years at San Diego State and the University of Hawaii. Served in various capacities at the high school level, Counselor, Dean of Students, Associate Athletic Director and Athletic Director. Completed a Masters of Education (emphasis in Organizational management) from American Intercontinental University. Hobbies when time permits, Golf, fitness and movies.
