About me

I've been working with youth practically my entire life. In college, I worked as a site coordinator and Program Director for the YMCA of Honolulu. Upon returning to Maui, I worked at Lahaina Intermediate School in various capacities including positions in social studies, computer technology, and as the school's tech coordinator. I taught computer building/repair, network maintenance, web design, and media. In 2004, my journey brought me here at Kamehameha Schools Maui where I have been working in the middle school as the 8th grade technology teacher. In 2015, I made the switch to the 7th grade to lessen the gap between the time students take technology.After school, I coach the 6th grade girls volleyball and the boys 6th & 7th grade basketball teams.
