About me

Aloha, My name is Kyle Fujii-Miller.

I was born and raised in Hawaiʻi and graduated from Maui High School.

After high school, I attended Western Washington University and received my Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with an emphasis in Secondary Education, a minor in Chemistry, and a Master’s in Teaching.

I taught Chemistry, Physics, and ELL Biology at Redmond High School, in Redmond, Washington before coming back home to Maui.  While at Kamehameha Schools Maui, I taught biology and honors biology then transitioned to Dean of Learning where I supported kumu in curriculum, instruction, and assessment.  I am currently a Poʻo Kumu Kākoʻo (Assistant Principal) for Māhele Luna.
