KS has once again partnered with the Hawaiʻi Food & Wine Festival to sponsor the Urban Lūʻau slated for October 26 at Salt at Kaka‘ako. The event will put a twist on the traditional lū‘au by serving classic Hawaiian dishes alongside contemporary versions of the delicacies prepared by top chefs. Watch as chef Troy Terorotua shares what he plans to cook up at this year’s event – a modern take on chicken long rice.
