PBS’ aloha&grit — Maenette Ah Nee-Benham KSK’74

Kamehameha Schools partnered with PBS Hawaiʻi to use the television station’s vast video archive to share pearls of wisdom about living with and conquering adversity. Entitled “aloha&grit” this year-long community resilience campaign features brief but potent mana‘o from island leaders. The campaign kicks off with the voices of nā wāhine alaka‘i (women leaders), including 1974 KS alumna, Maenette Ah Nee-Benham, UH West Oʻahu chancellor.
