KS Kapālama Physical Education department compiled this series of reflections from prominent alumni, kumu and health professionals asking them to share their manaʻo about wellness and steps that can be taken to achieve healthy well-being. The video was produced for a quarterly wellness seminar for KSK juniors and seniors. These seminars focus on various aspects of wellness including sleep, nutrition, spiritual, and emotional health. In sharing the video, the hope is to provide guidance and motivation to support wellness at any age and provide a valuable reminder of the impact of wellness on our lives.
