Kamehameha Schools Kapālama held its annual Fall Convocation on Friday, Sept. 3, to welcome haumāna back for the school year. The event was held virtually and streamed live to classrooms and for ‘ohana to watch so that appropriate physical distancing could be observed. As part of the formal gathering, KSK Po‘o Kula Dr. Taran Chun KSK’95 teamed up with KS kumu to perform a rendition of Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believing” in recognition of the adversity overcome and perseverance displayed by the KS ‘ohana throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
