KS Hawaiʻi sophomore track standout Chenoa Frederick talks with the Star-Advertiser about her 2018 HHSAA State Track & Field meet, the six events she competes in, overcoming and persevering through pain from wear and tear of a full season, and coming together as one Kamehameha team at states. Frederick won gold medals in the triple jump, long jump and 100m sprint.
Kamehameha Schools’ policy is to give preference to applicants of Hawaiian ancestry to the extent permitted by law.
