Saydee Pojas is the program manager for INPEACE’s Hoʻoulu Waiwai program which helps to grow wealth for families of the Waiʻanae Coast. At the March Hulikoʻa Kaiāulu speaker event, she shared her moʻolelo on navigating barriers in college, finding a college major to fit your passion, and applying educational experiences in a purposeful professional career. The Hulikoʻa Kaiāulu Speaker Series is sponsored by KS, INPEACE, the UH Hawaiʻinuiākea School of Hawaiian Knowledge and MAʻO Organic Farms. The next speaker event is slated for April 19 at the KS Community Learning Center at Māʻili.
