HI Now – 2022 Polynesian Bowl

Another successful Polynesian Bowl is in the books! The prestigious high school showcase was held at KS Kapālama’s Kūnuiākea Stadium, which was recently upgraded with brand-new, top-of-the-line artificial turf – featuring the iconic “Running Warrior” logo – and a new blue track. HI Now host Kainoa Carlson paid a visit to the field before the football showdown to get the lowdown from Rob Hesia, KS Kapālama director of Athletics and Human Performance, and student-athletes Marques Hickson and Noah Bartley who played in the January 22 game.
