2015 Hawai’i Island Technology Conference: Opening Keynote

The Hawaiʻi Island TechEd Collboration (HITC) 2015 Conference--"Create, Engage, Inspire, TRANSFORM"--was held on Friday, March 27, 2015 at the Kamehameha Schools Hawai‘i campus. Opening protocol and welcome by nā haumāna o ke kula o Kamehameha Schools Hawai‘i and remarks by po‘o kula, Dr. Holoua Stender, followed by a keynote presentation from Jim Sill.Sill is an educator who leverages a background in the film and television industry to showcase the power of the medium to connect emotion to learning. As a Google Certified Teacher, Apple Distinguished Educator, Google Education Trainer and Apple Certified Trainer, Jim leads professional development workshops on Google’s collaborative tools, social media and video production.
