The Mahi‘ai Match-Up Agricultural Business Plan Contest was created through a partnership between Kamehameha Schools and The Pauahi Foundation as a means to address Hawai‘i’s food security issues and increase food production for the local market.Three winners have received up to five years of waived rent on Kamehameha Schools’ agricultural lands as well as cash prizes to kōkua business start-up costs.
