Nearly 1,000 community members, collaborators and volunteers took part in the 13th Annual Wai‘anae Coast Keiki Spring Fest held recently, at a sun-soaked Wai‘anae District Park.
The free family fest featured activities for parents and their keiki up to five years old. Parents received information on financial aid, and keiki received hearing, dental and vision screenings, and keiki identification cards.
Kamehameha Schools and six other community-focused organizations partnered to sponsor the event, which connects Waiʻanae Coast keiki and their parents with educational, developmental, and health service providers.
