Kamehameha Schools is just as busy during the summer as it is during the regular school year!
The schools’ Explorations Series of summer enrichment program encompasses three different one-week boarding programs: Ho‘omāka‘ika‘i, Ho‘olauna and Kūlia I Ka Pono. Each provides hands-on cultural learning experiences for students of specific grade levels.
KS photographer Michael Young recently captured a sampling of Oʻahu activities for students from elementary to high school. For more information, visit KS’ Hawaiian Culture-Based Education Department website.
