Through music, storytelling and dance, Kamehameha Schools Kapālama fifth graders brought the history of their school and the Hawaiian Kingdom to life. From rehearsals to the final curtain call, this year’s production, “E Ulu Koa, E Ola Ke Ea,” challenged all 144 haumāna to step into Ke Aliʻi Bernice Pauahi Bishop’s story and make it their own.
