Ola Ka ʻĪ heads to Kauaʻi

February 14, 2024

It was a sight to see as Kukui Grove in Līhuʻe filled with ʻōlelo Hawaiʻi speakers and enthusiasts! The premiere speech competition awarded a new set of winners as the kikowaena kūʻai was immersed in Hawaiian culture. Ola Ka ʻĪ is a testament to the power of language and its ability to bring people together.

E ola mau ka ʻōlelo Hawaiʻi! Long live the Hawaiian language!
