March 9, 2023

Hoa hana from KS Commercial Real Estate Department recently embarked on a huakaʻi to the Kapālama campus where they learned more about inoa ʻāina of the area and the moʻolelo behind the namesakes of the campus buildings.

The semi-annual retreat embraced the E Ola! framework to understand both individual and collective values of working at KS which include cultivating a deeper appreciation for place and belonging and reinforcing KS' foundation as a school for Native Hawaiians.
