Hundreds of keiki and their ʻohana filled KS Kapālama’s Kekūhaupiʻo Gym recently as the elementary school presented its annual May Day program entitled, “Hoʻolōkahi: Let’s Come Together in Peace and Harmony.”
The event was streamed live and can be viewed online thanks to IT Education Technology Services staffer Sam Nihipali, and IT Client Services staffers Mike Racoma, Saul Nakayama, Cassie Teshima, Gavon Wong, Andrew Probert, David Tome, and Chaz Dobbs.
The May Day video is available for viewing at http://blogs.ksbe.edu/kes/hoolokahi, and will remain up for the next 30 days. The performance segment of the program starts at about the 8:20 mark or the video.
Kamehameha Schools’ policy is to give preference to applicants of Hawaiian ancestry to the extent permitted by law.
