Creative high school art students at the Kamehameha Schools Kapālama are featured in the campus’ annual art show at the Midkiff Learning Center.
Art pieces in a wide variety of mediums are on display ranging from traditional ceramics to digital photography. Imagination added to craftsmanship results in pieces that open a window into the minds of the student artists.
An opening reception for the exhibit will be held on Friday, March 6, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The artwork can be viewed Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. through March 18, 2015.
KS Photographer Michael Young recently strolled through the art show to capture some of the student creativity.
