Our Kaka‘ako Out-of-the-Office Event

March 20, 2014

Oʻahu business professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, and others looking for a change in corporate scenery were invited to bring laptops and notebooks to Our Kaka‘ako recently for the first #OOTO (Out-of-the-Office) co-working event.

OOTOers tried out the lightning-fast Our Kaka‘ako WiFi network in a unique shared space that inspires creativity and productivity. The network has 5x faster download speeds and 50x faster upload speeds than standard WiFi.

Just for #OOTO, the Pinch of Salt warehouse was outfitted with individual work spaces, quite zones, community spaces, and a “playground” area for creative stimulation.

KS photographer Michael Young captured the following photos of the unique event. If your division or campus has pics to share, please send them along with background information and captions to ksonline@ksbe.edu.
