Windward Mall is pleased to welcome its community by reopening its Pa‘ina Food Court dine-in area, keiki play area and soft-seating areas throughout the Center on March 6. Anyone entering Windward Mall is required to wear a face mask.
Starting on March 6, the Safe Access O‘ahu program, which required businesses such as restaurants, fitness centers, and events that served food, to verify employees and customers were fully vaccinated or had a negative COVID-19 test, will no longer be a government mandate. Because of this, Windward Mall is reopening the following key areas that were closed due to the pandemic.
All tables and chairs will return to the Paʻina Food Court with a seating capacity of 280 patrons. The keiki play area will be open during mall hours (Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.) and will be sanitized with a non-toxic fogger three times per day.
All three soft-seating areas throughout the Center will reopen to the community. Find them on the lower level near the Paʻina Food Court, near Macy’s, and near Ross Dress for Less.
“We are so excited to reopen our Paʻina Food Court dine-in, keiki play area and soft-seating areas to our community again,” said Cesar Topacio, vice president, senior general manager of Windward Mall. “We’re grateful for our community that has supported us through the adjustments and remain hopeful that we’ll see more keiki, families and visitors back at Windward Mall with these reopenings.”
