2024 - 2025 Middle school Cross Country

For this school year, cross country will be offered to runners in grades 6, 7, and 8.

*Please ensure that you have a current/up-to-date physical exam form uploaded to your keiki's EHR (electronic health record).*

First Practice: 8/17

Practice Days for Grades 6, 7, 8: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

Practice Times: 3:00 - 5:45pm

Practice Location: Kanaʻiaupuni Stadium

Transportation: Runners have the option of catching the 6:30 athletic bus which drops off at Kahului Shopping Center. The link for sign ups opens daily at 8am and closes for the day at 1pm. The bus departs from the Pākī/Konia bus stop at 6:30 and arrives at Kahului Shopping Center a little after 7pm. You can find the link to the athletic bus sign ups here.

All athletes must wear athletic attire and bring their own water bottles. 

Meets will be on Saturdays at various locations.
