Richard Chang

Senior Asset Manager

Richard Chang manages the commercial assets for Kamehameha Schools’ Kaheka, Mō‘ili‘ili and Downtown portfolio—approximately 505k GLA and over 31 properties. He recently completed KS’ 4618 Kāhala (former Kāhala Bowl) project, and is currently working on the Kū‘ono Marketplace at Kāhala, which will be completed by November 2020.

Prior to joining the KS ‘ohana, Richard worked for JLL as general manager at Windward Mall, CBRE and former GGP (now called Brookfield Properties).

A committee member for ICSC (International Conference of Shopping Centers), Richard also has a CSM designation as a Certified Shopping Center Manager.

Richard received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from California State University Fullerton. He has also completed accounting course work at Loyola Marymount University.

In his spare time, Richard enjoys going to the beach with his two kids.
