Ren Seguritan

Planning and Development Manager

Ren Seguritan provides project management support for planning and development activities including entitlements and permits, capital projects planning and budgeting, feasibility analysis, project pro formas, marketing and plans and due diligence. His project work includes Kamehameha Schools’ Kapālama Kai Plan and Waipahū Redevelopment Project. 

Prior to serving as Planning and Development Manager, Ren worked as a Senior Real Estate Analyst responsible for providing financial analysis and recommendations to improve the long-term value of KS’ $3.7 billion commercial real estate portfolio.

His 16-plus year career, includes various leadership roles with Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company in New York City, including serving as Assistant Vice President and Commercial Accounting and  Finance/Administration Manager, Northeast Area Controller, and Northeast Regional Accounting Advisor and Supervisor.

Ren has a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa.

Born in Long Island, New York, Ren enjoys spending time with his family at the beach bodyboarding and surfing, playing guitar, and creating spreadsheets.
