Space Lease Administrator
Stacey Montalbo works closely with asset managers, leasing brokers, third party management and Kamehameha Schools’ Legal Division, to process, coordinate, facilitate and maintain all space lease projects, including new lease agreements, amendments, terminations, consents, invoices, contracts and other types of matters associated with the space lease portfolio.
Born and raised in Honolulu, Stacey enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with her grandkids and family.
Kamehameha Schools’ policy is to give preference to applicants of Hawaiian ancestry to the extent permitted by law.
