Senior Director, Planning and Development
Serge Krivatsy leads all planning and development activities for Kamehameha Schools’ commercial real estate assets—approximately 1,500 acres valued at $3.5 billion. He is responsible for aligning portfolio and market area strategies with KS’ strategic plan; creating and maintaining real estate value and strategic returns; and collaborating with various KS leaders and divisions to create holistic real estate plans that advance the schools’ educational mission.
Krivatsy has an extensive background that covers an array of disciplines including development, project management, financing, valuation, acquisitions, leasing and operations.
Prior to joining the KS ‘ohana, Krivatsy was responsible for the oversight for a major mixed-use project consisting of retail, office and residential uses in Kaka‘ako for The Howard Hughes Corporation. He also was Managing Director overseeing the Hawaii operations for San-Diego based OliverMcMillan (now Brookfield Properties) working on such projects as the Symphony Honolulu condominium.
His 30-plus years of commercial real estate experience includes founding or co-founding a number of local real estate companies including Niu Associates LLC (consulting/brokerage), THM Partners (development) and Harcourts Island Properties (brokerage) and stints with MW Group Ltd., and Medusky & Co., Ltd.
Born and raised on O‘ahu, Krivatsy graduated from Punahou School and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa’s Shidler College of Business. He is also a licensed real estate broker in Hawai‘i.
