Raul Serrano

Planning and Development Manager I

Raul provides project management and strategic planning for Kamehameha Schools’ development projects including the Kaiāulu ‘o Kaka‘ako Master Plan, He‘eia, and Waipahu.

Prior to joining Kamehameha Schools, Raul served as a consultant and licensed professional civil engineer for over six years at Kimley-Horn and Associates, a national Planning and Design consulting firm. His project experience spans across Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and includes retail, industrial, multi-family, commercial, and office projects. As a project manager, Raul consulted clients throughout the land development process from acquisition to construction. This includes entitlements, permitting, design, and construction phase services.

Raul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Business Administration from Messiah University in Grantham, Pennsylvania.

In his spare time, Raul enjoys playing soccer and being outdoors. He was a member of Messiah University’s 2014 NCAA Soccer National Championship team.
