Senior Real Estate Analyst
Matt Mench provides financial analysis for real estate projections and valuations to help inform Kamehameha Schools’ development plans, identify opportunities for asset reposition, and evaluation of joint venture partnerships.
Prior to joining KS in 2019, Matt worked as an appraiser at Ponsar Valuation and CBRE|The Hallstrom Group, and as a leasing agent with Bishop Street Commercial. Matt has experience in the valuation of resort, luxury residential, proposed subdivisions and masterplans, industrial, leasehold, leased fee, and commercial properties.
Matt is an active member of the Hawai‘i chapters of the Appraisal Institute and ULI, where he is on the Young Leaders Executive Committee.
An alumnus of Punahou School, Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from Chapman University in Orange, Calif.
In his free time, Matt enjoys outrigger canoe paddling, surfing, and water polo. He has also volunteered his time with Windward Water Polo Club (currently) and Lanikai Canoe Club (2014 to 2017), where he has served as board member and treasurer, respectively.
