Real Estate Associate
Jake Madsen is responsible for providing financial analysis support to help inform portfolio strategy and asset management, planning and development activities, market research and reporting, lease administration and transactions, environmental risk management, budgeting, and project scheduling.
His kuleana includes work on Kamehameha Schools ‘āina in Ka‘ōnohi, Mauna Lua, North Shore/Hale‘iwa, and Waiawa, as well as providing portfolio financing and budgeting support for KS’ Community and ‘Āina Resiliency Group.
Prior to joining KS, Jake worked at Fife Capital in their Singapore and Sydney offices as the primary investment analyst for Fife’s Asia-Pacific cold storage logistics real estate portfolio. While there he helped raise over $250M in capital from foreign investors to launch the logistics portfolio. In Australia, Jake held responsibilities across finance, treasury, and direct property management. Notably, he was involved with the sale of the luxury apartment tower at York & George, and the acquisition of dozens of light to heavy industrial assets in NSW, QLD, VIC and WA.
Jake graduated from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting and Entrepreneurism.
In his free time, Jake enjoys kayaking, freediving and spearfishing.
