Senior Asset Manager – Kāhala and Hawai‘i Kai
Eric Ogata oversees a portfolio worth over $800 million comprising 33 assets and over 21 million square feet of retail, office, apartment, resort and ground lease properties. Duties include developing a long-term strategy for leasing, management, acquisitions/dispositions and redevelopment.
Eric has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. He previously worked at RED Development, LLC in Phoenix, Ariz., as a Regional General Manager responsible for over 30 retail and mixed-use developments. His work experience also includes time as a Senior Asset Manager with A&B Properties, Inc., as well as Director – Retail Services with CB Richard Ellis, Inc.
Eric received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Claremont Graduate University’s Drucker Graduate School of Management. He is also licensed by the International Council of Shopping Centers as a Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX), Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) and Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM).
Born in Los Angeles and raised in Claremont, Calif., Eric enjoys wine tasting and food pairing, music, movies, tennis, and stand-up paddle boarding.
