Senior Real Estate Analyst
Chad Asato provides financial analysis for real estate projections and valuations to help inform Kamehameha Schools’ development plans, identify opportunities for assets reposition, and review joint venture partnerships.
Prior to joining the Kamehameha Schools ‘ohana, Chad was a Senior Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting—a global management consulting firm in Boston, Mass. While there, he led case teams providing strategic advisory, investment due diligence, and M&A transaction support services to corporate and private equity clients in the retail, industrial, healthcare, and technology sectors..
A graduate of Kamehameha Schools Kapālama, Chad earned a Bachelor of Arts in business from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Ore, and a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in Hanover, NH. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the Urban Land Institute and NAIOP.
In his free time, Chad enjoys surfing, traveling, Brazilian jiu jitsu, and spending time with his growing family.
