Lease Administration Manager
Amy Johnson oversees all lease administration functions, including administration of lease and license agreements for Kamehameha Schools’ commercial lands, management and evaluation of third party manager contracts and their key performance indicators, and management of the MRI database for the troubleshooting lease-related issues and impacts to the financial system for assets under management. She also provides data analytics and reporting to help monitor portfolio performance, as well as manages a six-member administrative team that supports the Commercial Real Estate Division.
With over 15 years of service to Kamehameha Schools’ educational mission, Amy has held various positions throughout the organization, including Real Estate Analyst, Reporting and Accounting Analyst, and Lease Administrator. Her work history also includes time with CB Richard Ellis Hawai‘i, Inc. as a Property Accountant.
Amy holds an Associates of Science degree in Accounting from Leeward Community College and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Hawai‘i at West O‘ahu.
A sports fanatic, Amy is a diehard San Francisco 49ers and Los Angeles Dodgers fan. She is also a collector of Starbucks gift cards with over 250 of them in her collection.
