Kula Waena ʻOhana Night: Self-Defense

Location: Laʻamea Gymnasium

Former MMA Champion Ilima-Lei Macfarlane will share her manaʻo on digital and physical defense and education with our kula waena ʻohana. 

The night will give the entire ʻohana a chance to:

• Learn how to manage cyberbullying to protect your physical and mental well-being, and
• Learn basic self-defense maneuvers (dress comfortably) and strategies to keep you and your ʻohana safe. 

ʻOhana night will take place in Laʻamea Gym on 2/4/25 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. All ʻohana members are welcome!
