Swell the Echo: A Kamehameha Singalong honoring Les Ceballos

Join us for Kamehameha singalong as we honor Les Ceballos–vocalist, choral director and longtime leader in Kamehameha's musical legacy.

Kamehameha alumni all share one thing in common: we sing. From the hours of colorful Song Contest rehearsals to the unforgettable melodies of Founders Day, mele continues to bind us together far beyond our time on the hill. Those who graduated between the 1980s and the 2010s will also remember a key figure in our Kamehameha musical experiences: Les Ceballos. As a 2023 recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Hawaiʻi Academy of Recording Arts, let us celebrate his impactful contributions to the Kamehameha musical legacy of which we are all a part.

• 5:00pm - 6:30pm - Reception music, cocktails, heavy pupu

• a digital packet of sheet music that will be sung at the Event (to practice);
• a printed packet of sheet music upon arrival (to sing);
