Employees interested in learning what lies ahead for Kamehameha Schools in the upcoming fiscal year are invited to read the Ten Actions for FY2016-17 (July 1, 2016 – June 30, 2017).

The Ten Actions began as a new practice at the start of the first year of KS’ SP2020 (FY2015-16) by CEO Jack Wong. They represent the top priorities for the year and were created to mobilize the organization around a common set of priorities and provide organizational direction toward SP2020 goals.

The FY2016-17 Ten Actions will build on the foundation of the organization’s work this past year and accelerate the pathway to SP2020. Careful consideration will continue to be made to learn from the experiences of the first year so KS can help achieve the thriving Lāhui as imagined in Vision 2040.

Progress toward the actions is tracked through the quarterly and annual reports which are used to inform trustees, executive leaders, and staff at key points in the year. Please keep up-to-date with the latest SP2020 information by visiting the employee section of the strategic plan website.
